Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer complimentary returns on all online purchases.
You must submit a request to return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the order. Once your return request is approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which will be used to arrange a return. Please contact us at email@example.com to provide you address to return address. It must be noted that returned merchandise must be received at provided return address within 14 days of the date of Return Authorization Number is approved.
We would be unable to process the refund if you’ll send us the parcel without notifying our customer care team so please always contact customer care team first and then proceed with the return.
We do not accept used, worn, damaged or altered merchandise. That’s why expect that returned merchandise is required to retain all of its original packing & security tags.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You’ll have to place a new order after a refund is processed.
