We do make all products upon receiving your order on MADE TO MEASURE Basis. It takes 5 to 7 working days to finish the product after receiving the payment and size details. Leather Collection Goods: 3 to 5 working days after receiving the payment. Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers (i.e: DHL, SKYNET, EMS, DPD, Parcelforce, and DPEX), the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. Delivery Process: Delivery will be done by reputed national and international courier companies. We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48 hrs of dispatching an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 48 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
